Great tech exercise

In our busy day to day life we don't even get time to do some exercise and be fit. Just sitting on chair infront of our PC cause many disorders like Spondylitis, Lumbosacral pain, headache etc.

Introducing a simple exercise which might helpful.

THIS EXERCISE HAS TO BE DONE ATLEAST THREE TIMES A DAY.
